BOOKINGS & RATES:
Those with insurance coverage:
1. Please check with your insurance provider if Mediclinic Parkview is in your network and if you are under direct billing, with co-payment or for pay and claim /reimbursement.
2. Book an appointment with Dr. Bernard Lallemand in Mediclinic Parkview for consultation and referral to me. This is the BEST route to take. Here is a hyperlink to his profile. Bernard Lallemand Dr. - Mediclinic Middle East
3. Once you have secured a referral from Dr. Lallemand to see me, our admin will process the application.
4. Once the approval is in hand, the front office will contact you to book an appointment.
5. The system in Mediclinic Parkview is different from my previous facility in the sense that a patient can only book 2 sessions at a time. This is to curb the numbers of session blockers and no shows. And no, I can’t change the system. For some it may be an inconvenience but we will see how it goes.
For self-pay:
1. If you have a referral for therapy and have been diagnosed by a doctor, you can just ring the front office to book an appointment. Single session rate is between AED 550.00 and AED 600.00.

OTHER FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
1. What if I already have a referral from another doctor from outside Mediclinic Parkview, can I still do Hand Therapy with you? Yes, you still can. But because of the lengthier paperwork involved, there might be delays in getting your approval. Simply put, there will be an additional of 3 or more steps in the procedure of getting approval if your referral is from outside. If it is in the system of Mediclinic Parkview, it is much easier.
2. If I arrived late, can I still have my session? Yes, if you are 10-15 minutes late I will still be able to work with you. But if it is more, you will just have to re-book. It is not because I don’t want to treat you even if there is still roughly 25 minutes in your 45 minute slot, but it will cascade down to my other appointments. Unfortunately, I still won’t have a gap in between sessions. Every 45 minutes I will have a patient. It also leads to issues with insurance claims as the times will not be synchronized in the system. If your insurance rejects the claims that for the therapy bills, the cost will be on your shoulder. We would like to avoid that.
